CLIQ advises on the sale of the Fabe Agri-PV project

The Transaction

CLIQ advised the seller side on the successful sale of the Fabe Agri-PV project in Schnaitsee to PV project developer Feldwerke.

The project has since entered the construction phase.

The installation covers approximately 2.5 hectares with a capacity of 2.3 MWp and is expected to generate approximately 3.22 million kWh of renewable electricity annually.

Around 90% of the underlying land will continue to be used for agricultural purposes.
